Volunteer Opportunities
Below are this year’s roles—each one plays an important part in creating a welcoming, joy‑filled experience for families.
• Check‑In & Welcome (8–10 volunteers)
Greet families, hand out maps and raffle tickets, give kids their gift bags and raffle cards, and help everyone start their experience with a smile. A few bilingual volunteers are especially helpful at both entrances.
• Hosts (8–10 volunteers)
Provide a warm welcome, guide guests through the event, help with photos, answer questions, and support the overall flow of activities.
• Arts & Crafts (6–8 volunteers)
Crafts are already selected, but we’re open to adding more if someone wants to take the lead on an additional activity.
• Balloons, Floaters & Line Monitors (10–12 volunteers)
Support all areas—balloon prep/distribution, helping with bunny handlers, managing lines, and stepping in wherever extra hands are needed.
• Adult & Kids’ Raffle (2–4 volunteers)
Collect completed kids’ cards, distribute their gifts, enter them into the raffle, and help with both kids’ and adults’ prize distribution during the raffle time.
• Food & Drinks (2–4 volunteers)
Prepare and distribute snacks/drinks, assist families, and help ensure the food area stays fun, clean, and welcoming.
• Egg Hunt (10–12 volunteers)
Prepare the hunt area, distribute eggs, maintain safety and excitement, and help keep the experience fun for all ages.
• Biblical Characters Who Tell the Easter Story
If you would like to dress as a biblical character and share a brief story of how Jesus’ love impacted your character, please contact Brooke Jones at bjones@cfcwired.org.
