Volunteer Opportunities for the Annual CFC Easter EGGstravaganza!

Saturday, APRIL 12  from 10:00a-1:00p

Help us make this an unforgettable event for everyone.

Check out the many opportunities listed below.

* Pre-Event

* Creating Biblical Character Costumes

* Volunteering the day of the event 

Pre-Event:

We will meet on the CFC campus on

Tuesday March 25, 10:00 a -1:00 p

Wednesday March 26, 10:00 a-1:00 p

Thursday March 27,   10:00 a-1:00 p

We will fill gift bags and Easter eggs with candy. Invite Your Friends and Family or members of your group. All supplies will be provided.

Biblical Character Costumes:

Opportunity for those with talent for sewing, crafting and designing costumes  

Day of the Event:

Saturday, April 12,  9:00 a-1:30pm

Registration and Check-in Table

Ambassadors: Helping guests with questions & directions; engaging and connecting with the adults

Runners: Helping the different stations and activity owners getting supplies as needed

Be in costume as one of the characters: Easter Bunny, Bible Character, Walk around, greet, mingle, take pictures with the kids; etc.

Arts/Crafts

Face Painting - Must have prior experience or have attended the CFC face painting classes*.

Temporary Tattoos

Raffle Drawing Ambassadors

Parking Lot Attendants

Line Monitors

(Set Up, Break down/Cleanup is a part of each area)

Introduction to Face Painting: Saturday, March 2 from 1-3p and Intro 2: Saturday, March 9 from 1-3p. Room TBD. Limited seating to 10 for ages 14+. Supplies will be provided. Register by email no later than February 18 via email to Crystal at cknight@cfcwired.org. Please plan on attending both classes.
